We seek an experienced and motivated Campaign Director to join our Development team. This is a key leadership role with the opportunity to drive a transformative campaign that directly supports the College’s mission. Position Overview

The Campaign Director will lead the daily operations of the College’s comprehensive fundraising campaign, including strategic planning, donor engagement, and outreach. This position works closely with senior leadership, staff, and volunteers to implement a strategic campaign plan aligned with the College’s objectives. The Director will manage proposals, track pledges, plan outreach events, and develop recognition strategies to engage donors and achieve fundraising goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the campaign's day-to-day operations, ensuring alignment with established goals, timelines, and volunteer engagement.
  • Work closely with the Vice President of Development to develop and implement a comprehensive campaign strategy.
  • Create and manage proposals tailored to donor interests, tracking progress and adjusting strategies based on data analysis.
  • Lead campaign communications, including donor recognition and event planning, to foster long-term relationships.
  • Monitor progress through detailed reports and regular updates to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Operations Manager to ensure case statements align with the College’s fundraising priorities.
  • Coordinate and manage volunteer structures to support the campaign’s success.
What We’re Looking For
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in fundraising, communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in nonprofit fundraising or campaign management, with a track record of securing major gifts.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience managing volunteers and collaborating with senior staff.
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting, able to track campaign progress and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in donor communications and proposal writing.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Salary Range: $70,000 to $75,000 annually
