Position Overview
The Marketing & Communications Coordinator supports the College’s marketing and communications team through project management and content creation. Key responsibilities include crafting content for newsletters, press releases, and the College website, managing the departmental editorial calendar, and leading project kick-o ffmeetings. This role works collaboratively to ensure marketing efforts align with the College’s mission and strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation: Develop and distribute engaging content for various channels, including newsletters, press releases, and website updates.
- Project Management: Lead team-wide project kick-o meetings, set timelines, and manage stakeholder communications.
- Editorial Calendar: Maintain and update the marketing department’s editorial calendar, supporting strategic content deployment.
- Collaboration: Work with internal stakeholders to gather information and ensure messaging is consistent and aligned with College objectives.
- Vendor Management: Maintain relationships with vendors, ensuring clear communication, budget adherence, and timely project completion.
- Operational Support: Provide day-to-day operational assistance to the Marketing & Communications team, including managing promotional materials and office supplies.
- Data Analysis: Use performance data to optimize content and marketing strategies for maximum engagement.
What We’re Looking For
- A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 4+years of experience in marketing, communications, or project management.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms; familiarity with project management tools is a plus.

Salary: $45,000 to $50,000 annually ($21.63- $24.04/hour)
