If you are not seeking graduate housing
You are only asked to complete the Emergency Contact portion of the form.
If you are seeking graduate housing
You are asked to complete both the Emergency Contact portion and the Graduate Housing portion of the form. You also need to pay a $200 Housing Fee and Deposit to complete your submission. MECA&D Student Email and Student Portal
About 60 days ahead of orientation, we’ll send you an email with instructions to set up your MECA&D student email and your student portal. The student portal (different from the applicant portal) is where you can view your class schedule, check your grades, get information about billing, and access your financial aid information.
Log in to your MyMECA&D account here.
Once your student email is set up, all MECA&D communications will be sent to your student email with no exceptions.
Questions? Contact Nikki Rayburn, Associate Registrar at 207.699.5058 or registrar@meca.edu.
Class Registration
The Salt Graduate Certificate has no electives and none of the courses can be opted out of. That means you do not need to register for classes. Once your registration is finalized, you will be able to access your class schedule via the MyMECA&D Student Portal.
Log in to your MyMECA&D account here.
Questions? Contact Nikki Rayburn, Associate Registrar at 207.699.5058 or registrar@meca.edu.
Student Financial Responsibility Agreement
The Student Financial Responsibility Agreement contains tuition information, fee schedule, and refund policies. You can find the document in the Applicant Portal as a checklist item.
Questions? Contact Bailey Marden, Student Accounts Specialist for Graduate Students at 207.699.5020 or billing@meca.edu.
Financial Aid Award Letter
You will receive an outline of your federal aid awards from the Financial Aid Office, if applicable. Please carefully review your award letter—you may accept all, part, or none of the federally-awarded grant and loan money.
Once you have decided, please sign and complete the electronic Graduate Financial Aid Agreement form.

Students enrolling after June (Fall cohort) or January (Spring cohort) may receive an updated payment due date and may be subject to an earnest deposit on tuition.
