Counseling & Wellness

Maine College of Art & Design counselors are committed to helping students achieve their personal and academic goals and enhance their self-understanding. They provide students with support and encouragement in a non-judgmental, caring setting, where diversity is respected and celebrated.

Wellness programming and opportunities are offered intermittently throughout the academic year at Maine College of Art & Design. Individual counseling sessions are available to students for recurring and as needed mental health support, and to help connect students to resources within the community. To schedule a counseling session, book a time on the calendar below or email counseling@meca.edu. These emails are directed to Emma Gifford, Assistant Director of Counseling & Wellness.
